We’re a growing healthcare company seeking an experienced recruiter with 2-3 years of experience. This is a high-energy, high-volume role for someone who can move quickly without sacrificing quality, build strong partnerships, and consistently deliver measurable results.

$25-$32/hour plus monthly bonus

What You’ll Do

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle—from intake and sourcing through interviews, offers, and onboarding handoffs.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for high-volume healthcare and operational roles.
• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, social platforms, referrals, networking, talent communities, and creative sourcing strategies.
• Use recruiting data to drive decisions, improve performance, and anticipate hiring needs.
• Track and report key metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, source effectiveness, offer acceptance, candidate engagement, and hiring goal attainment.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to clarify needs, establish realistic timelines, and create effective recruiting plans.
• Deliver a responsive, professional, and engaging experience for every candidate.
• Collaborate with fellow recruiters and business partners, sharing insights, resources, and best practices to achieve team goals.
• Identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements that help us hire faster and smarter.

What You Bring

• Proven success in a high-volume recruiting environment; healthcare recruiting experience is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to source and convert passive candidates—not simply manage inbound applications.
• A metrics-driven mindset and confidence using data to prioritize work, evaluate results, and improve recruiting outcomes.
• Strong experience with applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, and recruiting analytics.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt quickly, and maintain momentum in a growing organization.
• A collaborative, team-first approach paired with the ownership and urgency to deliver results.
• Sound judgment, resilience, and a genuine passion for connecting people with meaningful opportunities.
