Duties/Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the recruitment, selection, and placement of permanent and temporary staff

  • Monitor requisitions for budget approval against post control

  • Analyze market for manpower trends and facilitate recruitment strategies accordingly

  • Attend recruitment functions

  • Effectively communicate with applicants, department directors, supervisors, staff members and outside entities

  • Prepare and place recruitment advertisements, documents, costs, and results

  • Coordinate both internal and external job postings

  • Review and track resumes and applications

  • Screen applications against job description and qualifications, conduct screening interview, and coordinate interviews with department directors

  • Ensure regulatory guidelines are followed in all recruitment activities

  • Coordinate job offers

  • Coordinate utilization of agency-supplied temporary staff

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Bachelor's degree in related field required

  • Minimum 1 year of hospital recruitment experience desired

  • Workday experience preferred

  • Knowledge of current federal regulations affecting the employment process needed

  • Requires excellent analytical abilities and strong organizational skills

  • Must have excellent customer service skills

  • ATS management experience required, preferably Workday.
