Your Role Will Include:

  • Taking the lead in managing the entire recruitment process – from the first conversation with candidates to their smooth onboarding!
  • Staying sharp with both internal staffing needs and external market trends to attract the best talent.
  • Crafting eye-catching job postings and advertisements that draw in qualified candidates.
  • Employing creative sourcing strategies—think social media, networking, and beyond—to find those hidden gems!
  • Ensuring candidates receive timely, engaging responses to their applications, ideally on the same day.
  • Adjusting your work schedule to connect with candidates at their convenience, whether in the early morning or after hours.
  • Fostering meaningful relationships with candidates through engaging communication and processes.
  • Documenting all recruitment activities in our applicant tracking system for transparency and tracking.
  • Creating a seamless and positive interview experience that sparks candidates' enthusiasm.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to facilitate effective communication and collect valuable feedback.
  • Extending joyful job offers to excited candidates with the approval of hiring managers.
  • Ensuring all pre-hiring processes, such as credentialing and background checks, are completed with care.
  • Coordinating onboarding to ensure new hires feel welcomed and ready to shine.
  • Providing insightful reports on recruitment trends to keep our efforts aligned with our mission.
  • Continuously seeking ways to improve our recruitment processes to keep ahead of the game!

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
  • A minimum of 4 years of focused recruitment experience in the healthcare sector.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking or Candidate Management Systems is a must!
  • Exceptional client management skills and a knack for building lasting relationships.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
  • Hands-on experience in high-volume, full-cycle recruitment for healthcare roles.
  • A demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Outstanding organizational and project management skills to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills that connect and engage.
  • Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination or an approved Medical or Religious exemption is required.
  • Annual Influenza vaccination or an approved Medical or Religious exemption is also required.

About KeystoneCare Home Health and Hospice

KeystoneCare is a nonprofit organization that provides a full continuum of home health and hospice services in the Greater Philadelphia Region. KeystoneCare offers post-hospitalization home care, palliative care, comprehensive hospice services, private duty care, and telehealth services. For more than 20 years, we have helped improve the quality of life for our patients and their families with comfort and dignity, regardless of stage of life or state of health. KeystoneCare is also known as Keystone Hospice and KeystoneCare Home Health.

KeystoneCare is Medicare and Medicaid certified, and maintains contractual agreements with most of the major insurance plans in the region. We are also a participant in the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services'​ Aging Waiver Program. KeystoneCare is governed by a Board of Directors.

The Keystone Homecare and Hospice teams are comprised of social workers, certified nursing assistants, licensed practical nurses, registered nurses, nurse practitioners, medical director, physical therapists, occupational therapists, chaplain, and a certified music therapist. Keystone House, the residential hospice in the historic John Welsh House on Stenton Avenue in Wyndmoor, Pennsylvania, has a support staff that also includes volunteers from the local community.

KeystoneCare is also a leader in educational support with ongoing relationships with several local colleges and universities, including University of Pennsylvania, St. Joseph’s University, and Temple University. Please contact our office if you would like to volunteer or offer a donation.
