About the role:
This is a phone‑based sales recruiting role (not HR) and is 100% in‑office in Roseville, CA.
As a Clinical Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in connecting top clinicians with meaningful opportunities across the country. You’ll build strong relationships, understand each clinician’s goals, and guide them through every step of their FlexCare journey—from first conversation to assignment completion.
This role is ideal for someone who loves fast‑paced work, thrives on relationship‑building, and is motivated by both personal and team success. A bachelor’s degree or at least one year of sales experience is required.

To reinforce this commitment, we provide a clear range for each role's potential compensation, which includes both base salary and variable incentives.
This role offers an estimated annual compensation range of $22.00/hr to $150,000+, including base pay and variable incentives.
