Our core is Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) applied to payer operations: intake, classification, data extraction, validation/QC, and exception handling that convert both structured and unstructured submissions into automation-ready data and auditable outcomes.
What we deliver
• Digital Mailroom (SaaS or BPaaS): omni-channel intake, AI-assisted classification/extraction, QC, and exception handling—delivered as Managed Digital Mailroom, Hybrid Mailroom, or Mailroom Software.
• Claims Adjudication (BPO): governed worklists, SLAs, and QA oversight to process complex claims and adjustments efficiently and accurately.
• Member Communications & Reconciliation (SaaS or BPaaS): CCM updates/creation, reconciliation, content governance, and regulatory alignment.
