Job Description

• Participate in the transformation of the provincial healthcare system to improve patient care and support strategic healthcare system alignment
• Provide your expertise through your insight and oversight of analysis activities, establishing reusable analysis artifacts, and contributing to overall organizational redesign planning.

• A mandatory requirement is a minimum of 5+ years managing projects and implementing clinical change in a healthcare setting such as a hospital in an acute care, primary care or long-term care environment.
• 3+ years’ experience working with the Allscripts suite of solutions in a healthcare environment.
• Possess a valid PMP certification (PMI) and/or PRINCE2 certification.
• Possess a valid Prosci certification (Change Management).
• 3 years’ experience implementing the Panorama Health Information system on a provincial scale.
• 3 years’ experience planning and implementing a Public Health Surveillance and Monitoring system on a provincial scale.
• 3-5 years’ experience managing EHR projects.
• 1 – 3 years’ experience working on Indigenous/First Nations based projects will be an asset.
• Certificate, Diploma or Degree from an educational facility with a major in Computer Science, Business, Commerce or Project Management is also a strong asset.
