Hiring Multiple Healthcare Professionals (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, ST)

Location: Various locations across Idaho, Oregon, Washington. Posting Location is Cascadia Main Headquarters. Positions are across various locations and or states in Skilled Nursing Facilities.

Open Positions:

  • Physical Therapist (PT)
  • Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
  • Occupational Therapist (OT)
  • Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
  • Speech Therapist (ST)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient needs and develop personalized care plans to help achieve therapeutic goals.
  • Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions to patients based on their treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure optimal care delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  • Educate patients and families about therapy processes and ways to support recovery.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Active and valid licensure or certification for the relevant position (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, ST).
  • Proven experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and team members.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
