We are hiring Healthcare Patient Coordinators to support U.S.-based medical clinics.
This is a stable, long-term role working directly with patient scheduling, insurance verification, and clinic operations.
Job Role:
• Handle patient calls for appointment scheduling and support
• Verify insurance benefits (VOB)
• Work with EMR systems
• Assist with prescription and admin workflows
Requirements:
• Experience in a clinic, hospital, or medical office (preferred)
• OR strong customer service experience (training provided)
• English B2+ (required)
• Comfortable working onsite

Ideal Candidate:

• Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
