POSITION TITLE: Healthcare Partnership Manager (HPM) - EMEA

LOCATION: London, UK (Remote)

Travel is expected domestically and internationally when needed.

Who We Are Looking For:

TriNetX is expanding globally, and our Healthcare Partnership Team is seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Partnership Manager, based in the United Kingdom. In this role, you will be contributing to the growth of our NHS partnership network and supporting initiatives across the UK and broader assigned EMEA markets — building relationships that directly advance clinical research and real-world evidence at scale.

This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role for someone who thrives at the intersection of healthcare, data, and commercial strategy.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Identify, establish, and grow strategic partnerships with healthcare organizations (HCOs) within the NHS and other assigned EMEA countries.
• Co-develop and execute tailored expansion strategies with HCO partners to meet business objectives and build a sustainable, high-value network.
• Engage and influence C-suite and senior stakeholders — including CEOs, CIOs, Chief Research & Innovation Officers, PIs, DPOs, and Researchers — to drive partnership adoption and long-term commitment.
• Develop a deep understanding of the clinical research landscape at EMEA healthcare organizations, including real-world evidence (RWE) practices, government and professional group initiatives, and competitive dynamics.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on EU GDPR, the European Health Data Space (EHDS), and national/regional privacy regulations as they relate to healthcare data partnerships.
• Champion the TriNetX platform internally and externally, leveraging product knowledge and marketing resources to maximize partnership effectiveness.
• Represent TriNetX at key industry symposia and congresses to strengthen relationships and raise brand visibility.
• Maintain rigorous account management in Salesforce and contribute to team intelligence through regular reporting, virtual meetings, and executive-level presentations.

What You Bring to TriNetX:

• 5+ years of NHS sales or commercial experience, with a demonstrated ability to close and/or support complex, consultative partnerships.
• 3+ years in a related field involving EHR data, real-world evidence (RWE), clinical research, life sciences, or public health.
• An existing network of relationships across NHS healthcare organizations and key industry stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen, oral and written communications skills, and the ability to successfully interface with and build relationships at all levels in an organization.
• Fluency in English (required); additional languages are a distinct advantage.
• Solid working knowledge of GDPR and the broader healthcare cybersecurity landscape.
• Self-starter mentality, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Exceptional ability to collaborate with and influence related cross-functional groups, as well as other internal and external stakeholders.
