About the Role

We are hiring a select group of high-caliber graduates into our Associate Project Manager Intern role - an accelerated entry point into strategic client delivery and business operations.

In this role, you will work directly with a Vice President leading a large, complex client portfolio, supporting high-impact initiatives that drive revenue, operational performance, and client outcomes. This is not a traditional entry-level role - associates are expected to operate with a high degree of ownership, analytical rigor, and execution discipline from day one.

You will gain hands-on experience managing multiple concurrent projects, building financial insights, and contributing to executive-level decision-making.

What You’ll Do

Drive Execution Across Critical Initiatives

  • Own coordination and delivery tracking for multiple high-priority backend projects
  • Build and manage structured project plans, timelines, and execution frameworks
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment and accountability across teams
  • Identify risks early and proactively drive resolution

Build Financial & Business Insight

  • Track budgets, forecasts, and actuals across projects and client engagements
  • Analyze variances and translate data into clear, actionable insights
  • Support revenue tracking, billing alignment, and financial governance
  • Develop dashboards and reporting used in executive decision-making

Operate at the Executive Level

  • Create concise, high-quality presentations and updates for senior leadership
  • Support business reviews with structured data, insights, and recommendations
  • Drive follow-ups, action tracking, and operational cadence across stakeholders

Enable Scalable Operations

  • Improve processes, reporting standards, and execution frameworks
  • Bring structure to ambiguity in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (recent graduate or graduating soon)
  • 0–2 years of experience (internships in consulting, operations, finance, or similar preferred)
