We are currently seeking a full-time Healthcare IT Recruiter to join our growing recruiting team.
The Healthcare IT Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruiting process, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire top talent. This role is responsible for developing effective sourcing strategies, delivering a strong candidate experience, and driving hiring efforts from initial outreach through offer and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define role requirements
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates
- Screen and evaluate candidates to assess technical and cultural fit
- Coordinate and manage the interview process from scheduling through feedback
- Guide candidates and hiring teams through the selection and offer process
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage
- Maintain accurate and organized recruiting data and documentation
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- High attention to detail and organizational ability
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting, preferably in IT or technical roles

- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in IT recruiting, with a focus on roles such as Full-Stack Developers, Software Architects, Systems Engineers, IT Directors, System Administrators, Desktop Support, and Service Desk professionals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Demonstrated experience sourcing candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, GitHub, and other niche channels
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, written and verbal communication, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and corporate stakeholders
- Self-motivated with a strong customer service orientation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment
