Our client is a well-established organization in Kuwait offering professional training and development programs.

About the Role

The Healthcare Instructor will be responsible for organizing and delivering high-quality healthcare training programs, including courses certified by the American Safety and Health Institute (ASHI).

The role combines practical instruction, course administration, trainee support, equipment management, and business development. You will conduct hands-on training and assessments, manage course schedules and certifications, respond to trainee enquiries, and support the promotion and growth of the training programs.

You will also contribute to developing corporate training opportunities and establishing a dedicated women-only course track.

About You

Ideal candidate would the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Education, Public Health, or a related field
• 2 - 5 years of relevant healthcare, clinical, or training experience
• Eligibility to o btain American Safety and Health Institute (ASHI) Instructor Certificatio n
• Knowledge of CPR and First Aid training
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Comfortable managing both training delivery and course administration.
• Organized, customer-focused, and strong attention to details
• Good planning, and coordination skills
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and online administrative systems
• Proactive and commercially aware approach to supporting course growth
