$159,286.00 - $254,862.00

Overlake Medical Center & Clinics has been recognized as one of the best healthcare organizations in America to work for. We're searching for a Director of Finance who combines strong healthcare finance experience with a public accounting background.

If selected, you'll report directly to the CFO. You and your team will be responsible for:

• Financial reporting
• Annual budgeting
• Monthly Operating Review & margin management initiative support
• Long-range financial planning
• Financial pro formas

Other responsibilities will include ad-hoc financial analysis for strategic initiatives, management of our Strategic Data Team and support of physician compensation.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required with Accounting, Business or Finance major preferred. (MBA preferred.)
• At least 5 years management experience
• Healthcare experience

Preferred qualifications:

In addition to the qualifications listed above, our ideal candidate will draw upon the following experience and credentials:

• CPA credential and public accounting experience
• Prior director-level experience
• Experience with Epic EMR
• Experience with Workday or other large ERP system
• Experience with physician compensation

Posted pay ranges represent the entire pay scale, from minimum to maximum.
