Healthcare CRM & Data Integrator | Williamsburg · $60K–$80K

About the Role:

A healthcare company is hiring a CRM & Data Integrator to own the data that runs across Salesforce, HHA, Outlook, and its other CRM platforms. This person keeps those systems connected, catches discrepancies before they spread, and turns raw data into the reports and dashboards management relies on. The work is independent and cross-departmental, with accountability for data that stays accurate and easy to find.

Key Responsibilities

Data Management & Integration

• Manage and maintain data across Salesforce, HHA, Outlook, and other CRM systems
• Integrate information between platforms and make sure systems communicate effectively
• Support ongoing system integrations and data-related projects

Reporting & Analysis

• Run regular reports and analyze data to provide useful business insights
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and tracking systems
• Pull and organize data for management and internal teams

Accuracy & Process Improvement

• Monitor data accuracy, identify discrepancies, and troubleshoot data issues
• Coordinate with internal departments to make sure data is entered and maintained properly
• Help improve existing CRM and data processes so information is more efficient and accessible

Qualifications

• Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM systems
• Strong Excel/data management and reporting skills
• Experience with system integrations or working with data across multiple platforms
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to troubleshoot data issues and identify the source of discrepancies
• Comfortable working independently and coordinating with multiple departments
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus
