
Baptist Health is looking for a Healthcare Business Intelligence Analyst III- Solution Development to join their Performance Advisory Office! This is a remote work position that requires residency in KY, IN, or an approved remote location that must be verified.
The primary focus for this position is Pharmacy business intelligence, but other services and departments will be supported as needed. In particular this role will focus heavily on being a specialized BI Development Partner for new Business Intelligence Applications. The Healthcare Business Analyst III plays a key role in driving operational excellence, leveraging data and insights, and advancing strategic initiatives within our healthcare organization.
Leveraging their knowledge in operations, process analysis, data analytics, regulatory compliance, electronic health record (EHR) systems, project management, change management, effective communication, clinical practices, and quality improvement methodologies, they will adeptly gather end-user requirements, analyze data insights, and develop clear and insightful data visualizations (reports and/or dashboards). The Analyst will guide stakeholders through actionable insights, facilitating streamlined improvement initiatives and informing strategic decision-making processes. Ultimately, their contributions will result in significant enhancements to patient care delivery and overall organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Healthcare Domain Knowledge
Project and Change Management preferred.
Experience developing technical requirements for data visualizations, data analysis (statistics, advanced Excel), collaborate with business intelligence developers, validate data, generating reports and visualizations on routine schedules and/or as requested.
Experience working with IT and/or Business Intelligence developers with an understanding of the development lifecycle.
Able to facilitate users in express business needs in actionable terms for the development of SMART KPI's or metrics with an insight into how the user will use the metrics.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Business Intelligence applications (Qlik, Strata, Tableau, PowerBI, data warehouses)
Background in data analysis techniques, statistics highly preferred (graphical techniques, awareness of statistical analysis methods)
