Healthcare Assistants

Compensation: £25,000 / year

We are currently looking for experienced Healthcare Assistants to join our highly skilled care team looking after children and young adults with complex care needs.

Key Responsibilities:

You will work as part of a team caring for children and young adults with life limiting and life threatening conditions during specialist short breaks (respite), symptom management stays and at end of life.
  • Providing high-quality, compassionate care tailored to each child's individual needs and preferences
  • Supporting children and young adults with daily living activities, personal care and emotional wellbeing
  • Working closely with families, recognising parents as the experts in the care of their children and young adults
  • Monitoring wellbeing and sharing any concerns or changes with the Senior Nurse or Clinical Team Manager and parents as necessary.
  • Creating a warm, inclusive and welcoming environment where every child and young adults can thrive.
  • Contributing to a culture of safety through excellent safeguarding, infection prevention and risk management practices.
  • Supporting the values and reputation of Naomi and Jack's through everything you do.

The salary is up to £25,000 per annum (pro rata for part-time working).
