Location: Illinois & Wisconsin

The Healthcare Analyst Advisor (Rental Watch Advisor) serves as a hospital client resource, helping reduce unnecessary equipment rentals by increasing utilization of equipment already owned. This role provides insight, influences behavior change, and supports process improvement to ensure rental equipment is strategically placed within a facility or health system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze equipment utilization and rental activity to identify opportunities to reduce avoidable rentals.
  • Provide recommendations and insights that drive operational change and measurable cost savings.
  • Collaborate with Mobile Medical Equipment teams, Clinical Engineering teams, TRIMEDX Supply Chain, Finance, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, CAM’s Strategic Advisors, and hospital customer administration and clinical staff.
  • Support the strategic placement and ongoing management of rental equipment to meet clinical needs while optimizing spend.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer partnerships using a consultative approach.
  • Create and deliver clear, impactful presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as a healthcare analyst (or comparable analytical experience in a healthcare environment).

Skills

  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills; proficiency with PowerPoint.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to influence stakeholders, change behaviors, and improve processes across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong partnership-building skills and a customer-focused, consultative mindset.
