At Coles Group Supply Chain, our Health and Wellbeing team plays a critical role in supporting the safety, recovery and wellbeing of our team members across our network.
We provide specialist injury management, injury prevention, rehabilitation and wellbeing support, partnering closely with Operations, Safety, People & Culture, training teams, allied health providers and leaders across the business. Our focus is on helping team members feel supported throughout their recovery journey, while also delivering practical, proactive programs that reduce risk, promote early intervention and contribute to a positive culture of health, safety and wellbeing.
As part of this team, you’ll help deliver site-specific and national health and wellbeing initiatives, provide specialist advice to leaders, and support meaningful return-to-work outcomes for both work-related and non-work-related injuries.
As a Health and Wellbeing Advisor you’ll partner with our Laverton CDC leadership teams to support safe, sustainable and timely recovery outcomes for team members. You’ll provide specialist advice across injury management, early intervention, workplace rehabilitation, fitness for work and wellbeing, while helping to embed proactive health and wellbeing programs that meet the needs of our operational environment.
You’ll work closely with Operations, Safety, People & Culture, training teams, allied health providers and Coles Team Cover to deliver practical solutions that support our team members and strengthen our culture of care.
This role is all about supporting our team members to stay safe, recover well and return to work in a sustainable way. As a trusted health and wellbeing partner, you’ll work across our Distribution Centre operations to provide specialist advice, coordinate care and help embed proactive programs that make a meaningful difference.
