Touchmark at The Ranch is Prescott's leading full-service retirement community, enriching the lives of residents and their families through five-star hospitality, services and amenities. We are currently seeking the right person to join our team as the Health Services Director!

If you are an experienced licensed leader in the senior living industry who is passionate about developing employees, nurturing a positive culture, and generally caring for others, we would love to speak with you about this opportunity.
The ideal candidate will:
• Be committed to Touchmark’s values (hospitality, compassion, excellence, teamwork, and integrity), and have the desire to model these values and to encourage others to be allies, friends, and givers
• Be accountable for the planning and coordination of resident care, employee development, and continued quality improvement in our licensed care neighborhoods
• Be proficient with computers, including intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors

As the Health Services Director you will:
• Oversee the management and maintenance of care for all residents living in our Assisted Living and Memory Care Neighborhood.
• Be accountable for the planning and coordination of resident care, employee development, and continued quality improvement in our licensed care neighborhoods
• Own employee recruitment and development within the health services team
• Be responsible for the budget, profitability, and quality improvement of the assisted living and memory care program
• Ensure the company is in compliance with state and federal agencies
• Act as a liaison between residents, physicians, families, and appropriate healthcare resources to coordinate the highest level of care for each resident.

Required Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in a health or social service-related field or program and at least two years professional or management experience that has occurred within the last five years or have a combination of experience and education.
• Current valid Assisted Living Administrator License preferred
• Current Nurse license a plus, but not required;
• Proficiency with computers is required
