The HSDiT program is an advancement opportunity for Oakmont team members who are excelling in their Health Services role and envision a future with the company. Members are trained by department heads at the community level and gain a comprehensive understanding of how to manage a team as a Health Services Director. Once they have completed department training, they are placed at a community and work under a current Health Services Director to gain on-the-job experience. In addition to being an excellent professional development opportunity, this program provides customized leadership training to motivated individuals who are wanting to grow with Oakmont.
