About the Role
This is a full time role reporting to the Product Manager, and plays a key role in supporting our end-to-end health screening services by:
This role is not about introducing new work, but about bringing structure, clarity, and ownership to tasks that are already essential to what we do. By consolidating these responsibilities, we aim to improve turnaround times and consistency, reduce interruptions to clinic and operational teams, enhance communication with customers and partners and support a more scalable and sustainable service model.
