About the RoleAs a Health and Safety Trainee, you will embark on a structured learning journey within our fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You will gain hands-on experience across all aspects of health and safety, supported by dedicated mentors and bespoke development opportunities. This role is your gateway to a rewarding career in occupational health and safety. The objective of the traineeship is to develop the incumbent to become a H&S Officer.
What We Offer
Gaining a Level 3 Health and Safety Apprenticeship Qualification
As part of your apprenticeship, you will work towards achieving a Level 3 Safety, Health and Environment Technician qualification, which is equivalent to A-Levels. This nationally recognised qualification will equip you with the essential skills and knowledge to advise on statutory health, safety, and environmental requirements, conduct risk assessments, support incident investigations, and deliver health and safety training. Upon successful completion, you will be eligible to join the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) at TechIOSH level and further your career in health and safety.
