We are seeking an experienced Health & Safety Systems Manager to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
In this role, you will play a critical leadership position in driving the effectiveness, integrity and continuous improvement of Endeavour Energy's Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) systems and reporting capability.
You will act as the key link between Health & Safety and Technology, ensuring our systems, data, reporting and improvement initiatives support operational excellence and positive safety outcomes across the business.
This is an exciting opportunity for a systems-focused professional who enjoys combining stakeholder engagement, data-driven insights, governance and innovation to improve how health and safety is managed and reported across a large and complex organisation.

The NSW Government retains a 49.6% interest and continues to licence safety and reliability.
