The Health & Safety Specialist is responsible for supporting the implementation, coordination, and continuous improvement of the Company’s Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) framework across all locations. The role ensures compliance with applicable regulations, promotes a strong safety culture, and supports risk-based decision-making aligned with Corporate Security and business objectives.
• Strong understanding of OHS principles and risk assessment methodologies
• Familiarity with international standards (e.g., ISO 45001)
• Knowledge of fire safety, emergency response, and first aid frameworks
• Ability to interpret and apply local H&S regulations across different countries
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a structured manner
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Proficiency in tracking, reporting, data management platforms
• Mandatory to have Occupational Health and Safety Certificate and 135+ hours of training in total, in the field of H&S.
