JYSK is een snelgroeiende internationale retailorganisatie met meer dan 3.000 winkels in 50 landen. Om deze groei logistiek te ondersteunen, bouwen wij momenteel ons tiende distributiecentrum in Lelystad. De bouw is in volle gang en naar verwachting zal het distributiecentrum begin 2027 operationeel zijn.
Dat betekent natuurlijk niet dat we tot die tijd stilzitten. Vanuit ons tijdelijke distributiecentrum werken we al volop aan een soepele overgang naar de nieuwe locatie.

Jouw functie
In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen, implementeren en continu verbeteren van het Health & Safety beleid binnen het distributiecentrum. Je zorgt ervoor dat veiligheid integraal onderdeel is van de dagelijkse operatie en dat wet- en regelgeving strikt wordt nageleefd. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met management en medewerkers om een sterke veiligheidscultuur te realiseren.

Je bent een stevige en overtuigende Health & Safety professional die veiligheid weet te combineren met operationele slagkracht. Je schakelt gemakkelijk tussen strategie en praktijk, durft kritisch te zijn waar nodig en weet mensen op alle niveaus binnen de organisatie mee te nemen in verbeteringen. Met jouw analytische blik en natuurlijke leiderschap maak je écht impact op de veiligheidscultuur.
