Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

In this hands-on role, you’ll work closely with operations teams, providing guidance, driving initiatives, and ensuring safety remains at the heart of everything we do. How you'll make an impact

  • Support teams and supervisors in achieving strong HSSE performance

  • Ensure compliance with internal, customer, and regulatory standards

  • Conduct safety audits, inspections, and walkthroughs

  • Assist with incident investigations and root cause analysis

  • Track and follow up on corrective actions

  • Promote safety awareness through training and campaigns

  • Participate in daily meetings and shift handovers

  • Recommend improvements to strengthen HSSE programs

Your background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management or related field preferred; or relevant experience (2+ years HSSE or 5+ years in manufacturing with safety involvement)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Organized, proactive, and self-motivated approach

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools

  • Willingness to work 3rd shift (11:30 PM – 7:30 AM) and travel up to 10%

  • HSE certifications or bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus
