Your new role
As Health & Safety Professional, you will strengthen and develop the HS culture across the Needle Manufacturing & New Product Introduction (NMN) site. You will collaborate closely with the HS Partner and HS representatives to support both day‑to‑day operations and long‑term development projects.

Your new department
You will join the Business Support department, home to experts within Quality, LEAN, Strategy and EHS, who together drive the site’s overall direction. We are part of Needle Manufacturing & NPI, which produces Novo Nordisk’s pen needles across six departments and approximately 350 dedicated employees. Our culture is built on quality, collaboration and a strong commitment to improving the lives of patients.
