Job Description

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Health & Safety, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Health & Safety Officer in a school or educational institution.
• NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent HSE certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of school safety procedures, risk assessment, fire safety, and emergency response.
• Experience maintaining HSE records, incident reports, and compliance documentation.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to conduct safety training and awareness programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HSE documentation systems.
• UAE experience and knowledge of local HSE regulations will be an advantage.
