You’ll work closely with senior leaders to review and strengthen existing systems, governance and assurance arrangements, while supporting the development of a sustainable long term operating model.
A key expectation is to drive the transition from a compliance led approach to a proactive, risk based culture, embedding accountability, improving reporting and ensuring Health and Safety is fully integrated into organisational decision making.

We are inclusive, valuing, and respectful of diversity, developing the ability to recruit and retain a diverse workforce that reflects the communities we serve. Therefore, we are committed to implementing reasonable adjustments for candidates with disabilities in our recruitment process and in employment.
