How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Develop, implement, and enhance HSE policies, procedures, and management systems.

  • Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and incident investigations.

  • Manage and deliver HSE training to foster a strong safety culture.

  • Oversee required reports, permits, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Lead emergency response planning, drills, and training activities.

  • Perform internal and external HSE audits and inspections.

  • Partner across departments to integrate HSE priorities into daily operations.

  • Stay current on HSE legislation, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum 8 years of progressive HSE experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.

  • Professional certification (NEBOSH, CSP, CIH, or equivalent) preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards (OSHA, EPA, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).

  • Proven ability to develop and implement HSE management systems.

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
