The opportunity
This role is suited to an experienced manager who is passionate about quality, safety, and continuous improvement. This is a foundational role in a growing business unit, with the opportunity for professional growth as the integrated system matures.
You will work closely with core systems teams and stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities to integrate management systems within BDA's Joint Systems Business Unit and develop a practical roadmap to achieve this. This is a build-and-improve role, where you will inherit two established but separately managed systems and lead the design of an integration approach of a safety and quality framework for a highly innovative business, that improves efficiency and product safety, while maintaining compliance.
This first-line manager role is ideal for a leader who enjoys process improvement as much as operational execution, and who can apply a pragmatic approach in a complex, highly technical, innovative, and regulated environment.
