Reporting to the Health and Safety Operations Manager, you’ll partner with leaders and teams across the region to proactively manage health and safety risks and drive positive safety outcomes. You’ll provide expert advice, support training and assessment activities, and help ensure our systems and procedures are practical, fit for purpose and embedded across the business.

We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Business Partner who is passionate about influencing positive safety outcomes and building a strong safety culture. With a degree in OHS or a related discipline, or equivalent experience, you will bring exceptional communication, consultation and collaboration skills, along with demonstrated capability in leadership, change management, mentoring and training delivery.
Proactive, self-directed and commercially minded, you will combine strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across the business. Your expertise will help shape and embed practical, effective health and safety strategies that reduce risk and support safe, sustainable outcomes across the organisation.
This is a full-time permanent opportunity, available for an immediate start, based in our South Region, at either Pittsworth, Chinchilla or Goondiwindi. This role offers an attractive base salary starting from $149,706, plus 12.75% superannuation and 17.5% leave loading.
Please note – due to the nature of this role, regular regional travel will be required.
