1. In charge of daily factory EHS management, including fire safety, production safety and environmental compliance.
2. Identify occupational health risks, manage staff health protection and prevent occupational accidents.
3. Conduct factory hazard inspection, follow up rectification and finish closed-loop management.
4. Manage and supervise high-risk work, such as hot work, height work, confined space and LOTO.
5. Manage factory wastewater, waste gas, solid waste and noise, and keep environmental documents and reports.
6. Deal with safety and environmental emergencies, analyze incidents and organize emergency drills.
7. Manage external contractors, check their qualification and supervise on-site construction safety.
8. Provide EHS training for employees and popularize safety rules and regulations.
9. Follow up local EHS laws, establish and maintain EHS system and cooperate with official audits.
10. Improve on-site EHS management, reduce energy consumption and promote workshop standardization.
Requirement:
1. At least 5 year EHS management experience especially in fire firefighting/ environmental and industrial safety fields.
2. Skillful to do incident analysis with FTA method and familiar with industrial risk identification and control technology.
3. Have experience to manage waste water treatment system or have waste water treatment knowledge and familiar with waste water discharge standards.
4. Prefer to have internal Auditor certificate of ISO14001 and OHSAS 18001 certificate.
5. Be familiar with hot work permit /elevated work permit /confined space entry /LO&TO control etc.
6. Be familiar with local standards /codes /law related to firefighting/safe and environmental management, construction, installation, safety etc.
7. Rich experience in safety and environmental renovation projects.
8. Good understanding of project management.
