How you’ll make an impact
You will deliver and deploy HSE training, audit and Group-wide performance improvement programs to the Local Business Units and ensure timely notification of HSE incidents to the management team and Hub HSE Manager, ensuring incidents are investigated and lessons learned are shared.
You will provide expert HSE guidance and advisory support for local operations, ensure safe execution of on-site activities by conducting safety management practices and issuing and controlling work permits. Contributes to the effective identification, mitigation, and management of HSE-related risks also provide analysis of HSE data within area of responsibility. Reports on progress on implementation of Sustainability objectives and key performance indicators (KPI) as required.
You will contribute to assessing emerging trends and legislation in HSE and communicate relevant information on legal requirements within area of expertise and geography. Supports constituent countries to operate in compliance with standards and respective legal obligations also coordinate audits (as per Group Audit Program) and supports follow up actions in the Local Business Units.
You will cooperate across functions and with business partners to raise awareness and drive performance, engage with internal and external stakeholders to build commitment and credibility for the Operating Unit also contributes to driving behavioral change and continuous improvement through delivery of training and competency. Initiatives and expert support to the Local Business Units in line with yearly GA HSE plan.
You will support sharing of best practice. Coordinates reporting on HSE performance and support delivery of Group audit program and contributes to and/or plans and executes Health, Safety and Environment performance and Corporate Responsibility related projects. Developments and reports on project objectives. Manages project resources such as manpower, tools and documentations.
You will relate to large and diverse teams spread across APAC region with varied culture and languages for knowledge and return of experience sharing also be flexible to work with evolving technology and Back-office resources remotely located for detail engineering also ability to travel & support project teams & site issues in a constrained environment.
You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
You hold a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Health & Safety or similar field.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in HSE domain.
Hands-on experience in project site safety management is preferred
Proficiency in both Spoken and Written English is mandatory.
