
Lead all Health, Safety, Environment, Security (HSES) initiatives to support the country business operations and its activities. Drive and maintain all HSES systems; developing and implementing HSES processes that ensure the highest standards are met and aligned to Brenntag’s HSES framework. Ensuring legal compliance, promoting strong HSES culture via various engagement platforms and continuously improving performance for all sites being in charge.

Qualifications
§Tertiary qualifications in HSES, manufacturing, engineering, or technical discipline preferred.
§Minimum 10+ years’ relevant experience in a HSES leadership role with a demonstrated understanding of site operations and legal compliance.
§Experience in leading multi-faceted business improvement projects and experience in implementing continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
§Demonstrated knowledge of HSES best practices and local legislatives requirements
§Working knowledge/experience in chemical manufacturing / distribution / manufacturing industry or similar fields.
