Job details
Dynamic safety solutions are seeking a Safety Advisor with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the construction industry with working knowledge of utilities and traffic management operations. The role will involve supporting site teams across live construction environments to ensure compliance with Irish health and safety legislation and best practice.

What you will do

  • Offer practical health and safety guidance across construction activities, including utilities and traffic management operations.
  • Carry out site inspections, audits, and ongoing compliance checks.
  • Support the development, review, and execution of Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and Construction Safety Plans.
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and compile reports with recommended corrective actions.
  • Deliver toolbox talks, site inductions, and safety briefings.
  • Ensure adherence to Health and Safety Authority (HSA) regulations and internal company procedures.
  • Encourage and maintain a proactive, positive safety culture on site.

Who you are

  • At least three years’ experience in the construction sector
  • Practical knowledge of utilities works and traffic management.
  • A recognised Health & Safety qualification (minimum Level 7 or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of Irish health and safety legislation.
  • Experience in preparing and reviewing Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
  • Valid Safe Pass certification (essential).
  • Full, clean driving licence.
