As a Health and Safety Advisor, you will support personnel across our Woodlawn site. You will be tasked with maintaining safety excellence and maximising company safety performance through audit, evaluation, engagement, training, investigation and continuous improvement.
Reporting to the Health & Safety Manager, you will provide health and safety compliance advice to the operational management of our Woodlawn site.

Conduct inspections and audits in accordance with the internal audit schedule
Assist with third party audits
Monitor the compliance of operations against company objects and targets, along with client and legislative requirements
Engage with the Operational team in developing, review and maintaining task based risk assessments
Facilitate periodic reviews of the site risk register
Deliver defined HSQ related training and other HSQ communications;
Manage our risk management software for the site
Formal qualification or working to complete formal qualifications in HSQ or industry experience in a similar HSQ position
Working knowledge and understanding of all relevant Health and Safety legislation including Chain of Responsibility
