Health Representative Digital (HRD) – Prescription team

(Secondment – 9 months)

The Health Representative Digital (HRD) will be responsible for promoting the company’s portfolio of therapies to healthcare professionals through digital channels, ensuring the highest scientific rigor in every interaction. The primary goal is to provide evidence-based information, updates on clinical advancements, and value-added tools that support clinical practice.

This role requires a deep scientific understanding of the assigned therapeutic area, the ability to interpret clinical studies, and the skill to communicate findings clearly and effectively. The HRD will design personalized experiences for healthcare professionals, segment accounts based on scientific and educational needs, and collaborate closely with Medical and Therapeutic Areas to ensure strategic and effective coverage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stay up to date with scientific literature, clinical guidelines, and recent studies in the assigned therapeutic area.
  • Deliver accurate, evidence-based scientific information on products and related pathologies tailored to healthcare professionals’ needs.
  • Interact with healthcare professionals (General Practitioners, Pediatricians, Hospital Specialists) through:
    • Remote visits (primarily VCC) and video calls.
    • Follow-up phone calls.
    • Scientific content updates via RTEs.
  • Participate in the validation and updating of scientific content for digital channels (RTEs, webinars, training sessions).
  • Identify strategic needs by territory and propose actions to Therapeutic Areas.
  • Analyze dashboards with Brand Managers and Leads to detect opportunities and manage projects.
  • Develop quarterly cycle plans aligned with assigned objectives.
  • Generate high levels of engagement with healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure account coverage according to the visit plan.
  • Maintain updated databases (new accounts, removals, changes).
  • Log daily interactions in the corporate CRM (Pforce).
  • Analyze monthly metrics using internal tools and evaluate progress against objectives.
  • Identify opportunities in accounts with exclusively remote promotion.
  • Provide regular updates to RRMM, Brand Managers, and HSPs on project progress and propose improvements.
  • Participate in cycle meetings, Brand Teams, and XFTs.
  • Analyze RTE performance (opens, clicks) and individual HCP behavior.
  • Comply with all regulations and policies regarding digital interaction with healthcare professionals.
  • Attend digital congresses and symposia when required.
  • Drive digital strategy to increase interactions (VCCs, RTEs).
  • Promote PULL initiatives and personalize customer engagement strategies.
  • Engage in continuous training in communication, strategy, sales techniques, and new digital channels.

Requirements

  • Education: University degree in Health Sciences (Medicine, Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences). Master’s or PhD in scientific fields is highly valued.
  • Proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in sales, commercial environments, and digital channels is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge in interpreting clinical studies and evidence-based data.
  • Proficiency in IT tools and advanced English level.
