Sutter Health Alliance - ValleyResponsible for leading the strategy, development, and performance of health plan products and services across Sutter Health Plan and its affiliated markets, providing advanced product leadership, strategic direction, and cross-functional influence.
Plays a critical role in translating enterprise strategy into actionable product initiatives, managing the integrity of the product lifecycle, and ensuring the delivery of competitive, compliant, and financially sustainable offerings. Partners closely with leadership to shape product direction, develop business cases, and drive execution across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Economics, or related field
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
5 years recent relevant experience
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Experience in health plan product management or related field
Deep expertise in health plan product management across the full lifecycle (design, development, launch, optimization, and sunset).
Advanced knowledge of managed care products and state regulatory environment.
Strong understanding of benefit design, pricing strategy, and product positioning.
Advanced strategic thinking with ability to define product direction and translate strategy into execution.
Strong financial and analytical capabilities, including modeling, forecasting, and business case development.
Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and executive-level recommendations.
Proven ability to lead complex initiatives and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Strong communication and presentation skills, including ability to influence senior leadership and stakeholders.
Ability to build alignment and drive decisions in complex organizational environments.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and analytical tools.
