About the role
The Health Insurance Access Manager is responsible for supporting the development and execution of market access strategies across the Gulf region. The role focuses on navigating reimbursement and funding pathways within health insurance systems, including private insurers, employer funded schemes and government funded programs across United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain.
Working in close partnership with country teams and cross functional stakeholders, the role shapes payer engagement, provides health financing insights and supports access strategies to enable timely and sustainable patient access across the GSK portfolio.
With regional scope and high visibility, this role plays an important part in strengthening access execution within insurance systems and supporting long term access positioning across Gulf healthcare markets.
