Our Guiding Principles:
The Health Information Systems Manager provides operational and technical leadership for WellPower’s health information systems, overseeing the full lifecycle of health information across electronic and hybrid environments. This role is accountable for the integrity, availability, security, and appropriate use of clinical and health information systems, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance, system performance, data integration, and vendor coordination.
Serving as a primary liaison between WellPower and health information systems application vendors, the Health Information Systems Manager partners closely with internal stakeholders across Information Systems, Compliance, Privacy, and clinical operations to ensure systems are effectively implemented, integrated, optimized, and aligned with organizational strategy and regulatory requirements. This role leads system configuration, integration, reporting, and enhancement efforts to support high‑quality clinical documentation, disclosure accuracy, and enterprise data needs.
Compensation & Benefits:
The posted range represents the full hiring range. Offers will not exceed this range, the majority of candidates are placed near the midpoint based on experience and qualifications.

Shift/Hours: This is a Monday-Friday opportunity observing standard business hours
Physical Requirements: Requires sitting, standing, bending and reaching. May require lifting up to 30 pounds. Requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office machines such as computers, fax machines, the telephone and other office and/or clinical equipment
