Tū Ora also holds various contracts, offering clinical services, health promotion and community health services across Wellington City, Porirua, Kāpiti, Hutt Valley and Wairarapa.
We’re looking for a Health Improvement Practitioner to join our team in Wellington Region. You’ll work in our GP clinics, helping people with mental and physical health support. You'll use our Behavioural Health Consultancy (BHC) model to provide tailored care, and act as a link between GPs, peer health coaches, and community support workers.
