Performs difficult skilled administrative support work accomplishing the specialized processing of information, documents or materials, and related work as apparent or assigned. Some evening and weekends necessary. Work is performed under the general direction of the Community Relations Manager.

High school diploma or GED and moderate experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Bilingual English-Spanish preferred.
Salary will be determined based on qualifications, internal equity, budget and market considerations.
