Sedgebrook Senior Living is looking for a passionate Health Center Life Enrichment Manager to lead and deliver dynamic, person-centered programs that enrich the lives of our residents and support whole-person wellness.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor Activity Assistants while overseeing daily programming
• Design and implement engaging activities aligned with the 8 Dimensions of Wellness
• Plan and host events including outings, entertainment, discussion groups, and one-on-one experiences
• Develop personalized activity plans through resident assessments
• Create and promote monthly calendars and communications
• Facilitate resident council and family meetings
• Collaborate across departments to deliver exceptional experiences
• Manage program supplies, budgets, and regulatory documentation
• Track resident engagement and program outcomes

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in therapeutic recreation or activity programming (healthcare or senior living preferred)
• Passion for working with older adults, including those with dementia and cognitive impairments
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
• CPR, AED, and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
