About the role:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Health Care Workers to join our team at Warrina Residential Care. In this role, you will support healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our residents. You'll play a vital role in ensuring a safe, clean, and respectful environment while helping residents maintain dignity, independence, and quality of life.
Working under the supervision of Registered Nurses and other healthcare professionals, your responsibilities will include personal care, assistance with daily living, and creating positive interactions that support our residentsโ physical and emotional well-being.
We offer flexibility with shift patterns available across mornings, afternoons, and some nights, Monday through Sunday, to help you maintain a healthy work-life balance.
As we provide 24/7 care, you must be available to work nights, weekends and public holidays
