As a Care Assistant, you will play a pivotal part in supporting clients with their daily activities, delivering compassionate personal care, and empowering individuals to actively participate in their own care.
**Qualifications:**
– Home Care experience required
– A caring nature and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on others
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Flexibility and adaptability to meet our clients’ diverse needs
– Minimum age of 18
– Possession of a driving license and access to a reliable vehicle (as occasional transportation of clients may be required)

– Mileage reimbursement: £0.35 – £0.45 per mile
– Minimum 1-hour calls, allowing you the time to provide quality care
