We're hiring a Director, TikTok Shop & Performance Marketing to build and scale social commerce capabilities across P&G Health Care. This leader will serve as our in-house expert, partnering with Brand leaders and cross-functional teams to create a best-in-class social commerce ecosystem that delivers meaningful business growth.
Success in this role requires equal parts commercial acumen, operational excellence, and growth mindset. You'll shape how we work across Marketing, Media, Digital Commerce, Supply Chain, Planning, IT, and Customer Service, while holding agency partners accountable for delivering measurable business outcomes.
Direct TikTok Shop experience is a plus, but not a requirement. We're looking for a builder: someone who thrives in ambiguity, learns quickly, challenges norms, and is excited to help define the future of social commerce.
