Job Description

Are you an experienced Adult Social Care professional with a detailed knowledge of the CQC regulations, standards and CQC inspection methodology, if so, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role

Care 4 Quality is actively recruiting for a clinically trained Adult Social Care Consultant in the North of England to cover areas such as Yorkshire, Lancashire, Cheshire, Northumberland and beyond. They are looking for self-employed consultant to be able to carry out Mock Inspections on a range of adult social care locations, specifically home care, nursing homes, residential homes and supported living.

About you

This is a flexible role that would suit a passionate and supportive person who is available part time to carry out inspections. This role could be undertaken alongside a current role or to suit some one’s own availability.

It is essential you are experienced in Adult Social Care and have a detailed knowledge of the CQC regulations, standards and CQC inspection methodology. Experience of inspection, audit, governance and having either taken part in an inspection or been part of a service that has been inspected by the CQC is also required.

You will have a clinical background (e.g., a registered nurse or similar healthcare professional) and experience of working within regulated services.

What we do

Care 4 Quality pride itself on providing detailed mock inspections whilst providing a supportive and guiding approach for our clients. We offer competitive rates and a fantastic team to become a part of.

What’s in it for you

We offer £420 - £500 per day for onsite visits and report write-up, most visits are 1 or 2 days on site, but as each service’s needs are bespoke, the job and fee would be discussed before booking.
