Job Description

Join our Health & Safety division, where your expertise in planning and coordination will ensure exceptional service delivery and a positive impact for our clients.

Why join us

WorkNest, part of the wider Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) division owned by Axiom GRC, is expanding fast. Our group includes experts in Employment Law, HR, Health & Safety, Cybersecurity, ISO and Compliance. We are powered by pragmatic advice and cutting-edge technology.

Our continued growth across the UK and international markets has been strengthened through strategic acquisitions, including Bulletproof, Pentest People, IMSM, and Wirehouse. Building on this strong foundation, we are now focused on reaching £250 million in revenue, with an ambitious target of delivering over 25% compound annual growth through a combination of organic expansion and future acquisitions.

At the heart of this journey, the Health & Safety Operations function plays a vital role in ensuring Consultant resources are used effectively to deliver high quality, impactful services. By carefully planning Consultant diaries and confirming appointments in line with defined priorities and targets, you will contribute directly to driving service excellence across the Health & Safety division.

What We Offer

  • Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum

  • Great Benefits

  • A supportive and inclusive work culture

  • Work/Life balance

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a highly organised planner to coordinate our Health & Safety consultancy schedules. You’ll manage consultant diaries, book and prioritise visits across a six-week window, and maximise productivity by filling cancellations and late availability. You’ll prepare consultants for site visits, gather key client information, handle incoming calls, and set clear expectations to ensure a great customer experience. The role also includes managing holidays and training in diaries, reducing travel through smart geographical planning, and keeping accurate records in Salesforce.

Working closely with Consultants and Regional Managers, you’ll help balance workloads, support rota management, assist with KPI reporting, and make welcome calls to new clients.

About you

You’ll have a keen eye for detail and a strong ability to manage and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment. You’ll have a solid working knowledge of Microsoft 365 including Excel and Word, along with excellent listening and communication skills that help you build positive relationships with both clients and colleagues. With experience in a customer service or delivery focused role, you’ll be confident handling enquiries via phone, email, and Teams, always maintaining a friendly and professional approach. You’ll be proactive, able to use your initiative, and remain calm under pressure while prioritising work in line with business needs. Experience with CRM or case management systems would be advantageous. Above all, you’ll thrive in a collaborative environment and be excited to be part of our amazing culture, where teamwork, support, and a shared commitment to delivering outstanding service are at the heart of everything we do.
