What You'll Do

As the site's Health & Safety leader, you'll partner with project leadership, subcontractors and field teams to create a proactive, high-performance safety culture where everyone goes home safely every day. With your experience supporting complex construction projects, you will:

• Lead the implementation of the project's health and safety program across all site activities.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits and hazard assessments to proactively manage risk.
• Investigate incidents, identify root causes and drive corrective actions.
• Deliver site orientations, toolbox talks and ongoing safety training.
• Ensure compliance with OH&S legislation, company policies and industry best practices.
• Build strong relationships with site teams, coaching and influencing safe work practices through a visible field presence.
• Work closely with operations to balance practical project execution with uncompromising safety standards.
